Exchanges & Adjustments
Do you offer returns ?
We offer a made to order service, once your order has been placed we will begin to process your order, once the fabric is cut your item is then deemed as non refundable. we ask you to contact us via email or visiting us within 2 hours of placing your order if you would like to cancel your order.
Please ensure you are sure on size and colour before placing your order, please ensure you have selected the right colour before completing your purchase.
If your item isn't suitable when it arrives we are happy to exchange for another size or another item to the same value, you can also return items for store credit which will be sent to you via email and valid for 6 months from date of issue.
The above doe not apply for made to measure items.
Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receipt of your item please email us at info@shebysophie.com with your name and order number and reason and item of exchange. return postage is buyers responsibility we will send your new item out free of charge.
What if my item doesn't fit?
We are happy to alter all items, please contact us for alterations.
Made to measure orders
Made to measure items due to them being cut and made in your measurements and them being custom made we do not exchange we offer adjustments on these items in order to suit you, we cannot sell these on as they are made for you so they are non exchangeable.
we can offer adjustments on these pieces so they fit you perfectly but this should not be an issue as they are made to your size.
Made to measure refers to anything that is made from our website which is not a set size 4,8,10,12,14,16,18,20 (you will have selected made to measure and provided your measurements to us) as outlined above set sizes are entitled to exchange or store credit.
